Ambassador, Subscriber, Content Creator Community Conduct & Liability Policy

As a brand, we strive to foster a positive, supportive, and respectful community among our ambassadors and subscribers. We encourage kindness, professionalism, and constructive communication within all brand-affiliated spaces.

However, participation in the Ambassador Program does not make the brand responsible for personal conflicts, disagreements, or disputes that may arise between ambassadors, subscribers, or other community members.

While we promote a positive environment, the brand is not liable for any interpersonal issues including, but not limited to, disagreements, arguments, bullying allegations, harassment claims, or other forms of drama that occur between individuals within ambassador groups, chats, or other community spaces.

Ambassadors participate in community spaces voluntarily and are expected to handle personal disputes privately and respectfully outside of brand channels. The brand is not obligated to mediate, investigate, or take action regarding personal conflicts between ambassadors or subscribers.

If conduct within official brand channels clearly violates platform rules, community guidelines, or applicable laws, the brand reserves the right to take appropriate action at its sole discretion. Otherwise, interpersonal issues should be resolved directly between the individuals involved outside of brand-managed spaces.

By participating in the Ambassador Program, and its associated chats, communities or MCB subscription's, ambassadors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
