I look forward to the calls as much as my child because Alyssa takes so much time to plan for each call and specifically caters all of them to my child. Alyssa’s knowledge of the sport (allstar & collegiate), body positions, stretching plans, anatomy, etc., has been so motivating. Alyssa covers training drills, body positions, stretching, and tumbling—but the part I love most? The mindset work like writing a letter to her future self.
